NOTARY

• I am a registered Notary with the State of Oregon.
• I have worked in the legal/court system for 12 years.
• I am familiar with loan and real estate documents and terms.

Rates:  $5 each notary transaction plus travel fee of $20 for local Oregon City, Beavercreek, Redland area within 10 mile radius of me.  Travel fees outside of local area will be determined and agreed upon at the time of contact.

Rates:  A simple resume creation can be done for as little as $50.

                                                        SECRETARIAL

• Get assistance with a typing project or short-term administrative support.

Rates:  Subject to job description details, amount of time on job, etc.
